Non-resident Fashion360 Grow Agreement

  1. To hold harmless and indemnify QUT Creative Enterprise Australia as the owner of the CEA Fashion Accelerator and all of its employees & agents that may be assigned to me from any claim arising either directly or indirectly in connection with any business advice that is provided to me.

  2. To treat as confidential any data or information that may be provided to me by any employee or agent of QUT Creative Enterprise Australia or any other CEA Fashion Accelerator resident, business or individual within any part of the CEA Fashion Accelerator agreements that is expressly confirmed to me (either verbally or in writing) as being confidential in nature, save where such information is already in the public domain and/or such information is obliged to be declared by statue.

  3. That relevant data about myself and the business being held by QUT Creative Enterprise Australia is in accordance with prevailing data privacy regulations.

  4. That QUT Creative Enterprise Australia may use any data collected in a combined and aggregated form, for the purpose of reporting to funding authorities or other statutory or government bodies concerning the residency.

  5. That I will not imply company or service endorsement by QUT Creative Enterprise Australia in any communication by myself and/or my business.

  6. Marketing and Promotional activities

    1. Participate in media interviews, media releases, photographic opportunities and other promotional events that may occur from time to time regarding participation in the CEA Fashion Accelerator and its role in developing by business and skills.

    2. Provide my logos, trademarks, photographic and other imagery as required from time to time to be used as part of marketing activities while a resident.

    3. All Fashion Residents agree to be featured on the CEA website and participate in CEA and Fashion Accelerator material. CEA ensures that the information it holds is protected by reasonable security safeguards against loss, unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or any other misuse.   7. That QUT Creative Enterprise Australia retains the option to alter or amend CEA Fashion Accelerator resident agreement in light of changing circumstances or need.

  8. That if any situation that may be reasonably construed to constitute a conflict of interest with regard to any other CEA Fashion Accelerator resident, that I shall discuss with QUT Creative Enterprise Australia at the earliest opportunity setting out the details of the likely (or actual) conflict of interest until such time as QUT Creative Enterprise Australia has determined an appropriate course of action.

  9. That any additional costs or expenses that may arise either directly or indirectly as a result of participation as a resident will be met by myself and/or my business.
