developing a compelling brand to a suitable business model
creating an effective Business pitch to communicate your story in a compelling format, to utilise across all sales scenarios, grant and investment opportunities
understand the importance of supply chains
receive valuable insights to product development and production methods
know what analytical considerations are necessary for range planning
formulate strategic digital and ecommerce platforms
realise your financial capabilities and map out a sales strategy suitable for your needs.

The program will also include various industry guest speakers to provide further insights into their personal experiences in the business of fashion.

Fashion360 Activator is essentially a preliminary to the Accelerator and will benefit all participants wishing to kick-off processes to starting a business. It is a great way to gain condensed industry information in order to understand the wholistic requirements from reputable experts. It also provides each participant with invaluable connections to industry providers as well as connect with like-minded individuals to bounce ideas, share experiences and open networks. The program will comprise of two to three virtual sessions per week with an in-person presentation at the end.
